What is the We CARE Vet Fair™?

The We CARE Vet Fair™ is a large, free Veteran resource event organized by the nonprofit United Military Care in Georgia. This one-stop event is where Veterans and their families can get help, information, and services all in one place. The goal is to make it easier for veterans to access benefits and support they’ve earned.

Who is United Military Care?

United Military Care is a nonprofit organization based in NW Atlanta, Georgia that focuses on helping Veterans and their families.

Partner Requirements

• Company or organization must currently serve Veterans and/or Military to include National Guard and Reservists. • Participate in pre-event planning meetings • Agree to provide services on-site at the event for free; • Accept no money or donations while at the event; • Remain politically neutral, no advertising or promoting a candidate or political party. • Full compliance with license and registration requirements for your profession. • Market and advertise the event with your clients, on social media, newsletters, and press releases. • If you represent a company that is franchised or contained to a specific area, sign up only for the territory you serve. • If you provide claims or benefits services for Veterans, you must be a legally authorized, accredited Veteran Service Organization or Officer. ​Note: Completion of the vendor form does not guarantee a table at any of the We CARE Vet Fair™ events. A representative of United Military Care will contact you to confirm your attendance. We strive for a wide range of organizations to address the needs of a wide population of military service.

Can I enroll in all 2026 Fairs?

Eligible community partners may apply to participate in one or more We CARE Vet Fair™ events; however, a separate application is required for each event. Submission of an application does not guarantee placement, as participation is limited and certain pillars of care fill quickly.

Is there a cost to participate?

There is no cost to participate as a community partner in We CARE Vet Fair™ events. However, partners must attend pre-event meetings and promote the event using provided marketing materials. Each partner is provided one table and two chairs at no charge; for additional requests, please contact United Military Care at 770-973-0014.
