Requirements to Participate:

• Company or organization must currently serve Veterans and/or Military to include National Guard and Reservists.

• Participate in monthly planning meetings (3 months prior to event)

• Agree to provide services on-site at the Fair for no charge; accept no money or donations.

• Full compliance with license and registration requirements for your profession.

• Market and advertise the event with your consituency.

• If you represent a company that is franchised or contained to a specific area, sign up only for your territory. 

• If you provide claims or benefits services for Veterans, you must be a legally authorized Veteran Service Organization or Officer.

Note:

Completion of the vendor form does not guarantee a table at any of the We CARE Vet Fairs.  A representative of United Military Care will contact you to confirm your attendance.
